THE NATURE HAS ENDOWED ALL LIVING CREATURES WITH
FOLLOWING UNALIENABLE RIGHTS IN FREEDOM OF .... TO ....,
THE RIGHTS TO, WE ACQUIRE BY DEFAULT AT BIRTH BY NATURE. NOT AS PRIVILEGE BUT AS A RESPONSIBILITY AND ENDOWMENT.

Of course, The Universal Constitution will come in due
time.
I must inform you, that this is not Second Revolution,
